Your enquiry and your choices

When you submit a website form, your details are sent to PST Solar and stored in our enquiry database. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for the selected form. Quote requests include your contact details, area, property address and type, monthly bill, electricity supply, preferred language and questions. Partnership enquiries may include company, role, land and project details. We also receive information you send by email, WhatsApp, telephone or another agreed channel. Without contact details, we may be unable to reply.

Information and purposes

We use the details you provide to answer enquiries, assess a property, prepare proposals, arrange appointments and support agreed projects. These may include contact details, company information, location, electricity usage and your message. Further project documents are requested only when relevant. Please avoid sending identity documents, bank details or information about children in an initial enquiry. Providing an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared where needed with authorised staff, hosting and communication providers, project contractors, professional advisers, utilities or authorities for your enquiry, an agreed project or legal requirements. We do not sell enquiry details. Providers may process information outside Malaysia; applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be met. External services such as WhatsApp have their own privacy notices.

Website enquiries are stored using Supabase in Singapore. Hostinger provides website hosting. Authorised PST Solar staff can access enquiries for follow-up. Where email notifications are enabled, our email delivery providers also process the details needed to deliver them. Database access is restricted; submitted enquiries are not publicly accessible.

Browser storage and security

The website remembers your language preference in browser storage. You can remove it in your browser settings. The current website does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Hosting services may keep technical logs such as IP addresses and request times for operation and security. Personal information should be retained only for the enquiry, agreed services and applicable recordkeeping requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised. No online communication is completely risk-free.

Access, correction and contact

Email info@pstsolar.com to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, a marketing opt-out or other rights available under Malaysian law, including portability where applicable. We may verify your identity and explain any lawful limits. Withdrawing consent may affect services that require the information.
